I began working in financial services after graduating from university with a degree in Business (Accounting and Finance) and have worked within the industry for over 24 years. During my career, I have progressed from an office administrator to a paraplanner and then onto Research Manager.
I joined Shorts in 2006 as the firm’s first paraplanner and then went on to be Research Manager as the department grew, and we gained more members of the team.
I enjoy being part of the research team and enjoy managing the workflow to ensure the cases are always delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and in a compliant manner. I also research investment products, funds, and providers and produce the due diligence reports for these.
I work closely with all of our advisers to conduct research in respect of clients existing or future pensions and investments and during my career have dealt with a large variety of cases.
