I began working in financial services after graduating from university with a degree in Business (Accounting and Finance).

I soon realised that I wanted to further my career in the Financial Services industry and began studying for my Diploma in Financial Services.  I then went on to study for the Advanced Diploma in Financial Service before fully qualifying as a Chartered Financial Planner.

During my career, I have progressed from an office administrator to a paraplanner and have most recently been promoted to the position of Operations Manager of Shorts Financial Services.

I joined Shorts in 2016.  Shorts is like a family and felt like home almost immediately. I’ve been able to develop myself personally and professionally over the last few years and I’m excited to make improvements and efficiencies and to assist in the continued growth at Shorts, whilst also working to implement improvements to the customer experience as an integral feature of my new role.
